EVMA has eight genes. They decide what it pays attention to, how sure it sounds, how long it waits before it decides, and how it talks to you. They also shape its body.
Every 300 blocks, about an hour, a generation ends and EVMA mutates. The mutation comes from the hash of the block that closes the generation, so nobody picks it and anyone can check it. Mutations fade over 24 generations, so it drifts instead of jumping.
